Registration Fees
Full registration includes:
- Access to all sessions during the conference
- Access to the exhibition and networking area of the conference during the conference days and for a period of three months after it is completed.
- Permanent access to the conference material -sessions, presentations and recordings- via ALICE Knowledge Platform
- Access to the PhD Colloquium (for students only)
Please note that automated registration and conference onboarding will be possible until 11th of June 6.00 AM (CEST).
All registrations beyond that date will need to be onboarded manually in the conference platform and extra administration fee may apply. You can still proceed to purchase your tickets online.

*Students should be less than 30 years. Start-ups need to be new companies formed in the last 3 years and that have applied to the call for start-ups.
What if I have not registered on time by the 10th of June?
We may register you manually that will have an additional fee of 20 € pax + 24 % VAT.
